Each room has a presenters table and chair and any room can be set up for "round-table discussion". There is a mobile data projector with VCR and DVD in addition to the ceiling mounted data projectors available in certain rooms.

The Lower Ground Seminar Rooms (LGa and LGb) - each can accommodate 25 chairs with writing tablets.

The Upper Ground Seminar Rooms  (UGa, UGb and UGc)

These rooms are located on the same floor as the entrance to the lecture theatre and along with the foyer, can be used as an open area for reception, registration and poster displays. Each individual room can accommodate 25 chairs with writing tablets. UGa and UGb can be opened up to create a large room which can hold up to 50 people. These rooms can also be opened up onto the foyer area to create a lovely large open space suitable for receptions and poster displays. (Please note that this is only available at certain times as the teaching timetable will allow).

The Third Floor Seminar Rooms (3a and 3b)

These are located on the third floor of the MSTC and have marvellous views out over University Parks. Separately each room can accommodate 25 chairs with writing tablets. For larger meetings these rooms can be opened up to create one large room which can accommodate up to 50 people.
